Vince practices in the firm’s Community Association General Servicing Group. His practice includes drafting and amending covenants and bylaws, negotiating and drafting service and construction contracts, writing advisory opinions and memos on various issues for community associations and their Boards of Directors, advising on state and federal law compliance issues, governing document interpretation and enforcement, and property tax appeals.
Industry Experience
Prior to joining Lazega & Johanson, Vince was an experienced bankruptcy litigator who handled all aspects of his clients’ cases from inception to discharge. Vince’s bankruptcy practice consisted of drafting complex motions, briefs and other pleadings, making oral arguments before several bankruptcy judges in Atlanta and throughout Georgia, and negotiating settlement agreements with Trustees and opposing counsel.
