Nicole is an experienced litigator having spent her career focusing on collections, creditors rights, and insurance defense cases. She began her career litigating auto deficiency, credit card, and various other collections matters. After spending two and a half years defending clients in automobile, premises liability, and community association cases, she returned to the collections sphere, focusing her expertise in the Firm’s primary practice areas.
Industry Experience
Prior to working at Lazega & Johanson, Nicole was responsible for all Georgia matters for a large scale, high volume, national commercial and consumer creditors rights firm with clients that included nationally chartered financial institutions and large consumer debt purchasers. Nicole developed and maintained expertise with the FDCPA, FBPA, and evolving compliance enacted by the CFPB.
