For over 30 years, Jay has been a leader in the community association industry.  His practice focuses on Community Association Law, Condominium Association Law, Cooperative Housing Association Law, Homeowners Association Law, Planned Unit Development Law, Collections and Real Estate.  He was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Miami, Florida.  Jay now lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons.
