David has been a trial attorney since 1993. As a career litigator, David has handled a wide variety of litigation cases including commercial litigation, civil rights litigation, criminal defense and prosecution, premises liability, breach of contract, personal injury and other tort litigation. David has tried over one hundred jury trials in his career as a trial attorney.
Industry Experience
Since 2015, David has been using his trial experience to protect community associations, board members and community association managers in a wide range of lawsuits brought by homeowners as well as using his experience to pursue numerous covenant enforcement actions on behalf of associations.
