Dan is a partner in the firm’s Community Association Collections Department. Over his twenty years in practice, Dan has accumulated a broad and extensive litigation and collection background representing creditors of all sizes, in many different industries.
Industry Experience
In addition to his experience in the creditor’s rights area of law, Dan has years of specific experience in representing community associations in the collection of unpaid assessments and has successfully represented numerous other types of clients in state and federal trial courts over his years in practice.
