Industry Experience
Since 1982, Richard has practiced law in Georgia and Washington, D.C. For 30 years, he has represented creditors in all phases of creditors rights including litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure. Richard’s clients have included multi-state financial institutions and community banks. He has also represented insurance companies and sellers of goods.

Richard is a committed volunteer at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Decatur, Georgia. He volunteers at Central Night Shelter in Atlanta and Emory University Hospital. He is a regular blood donor with the Red Cross.
