We will be hosting a FREE continuing education class for managers.

This 3-hour L&J continuing education course is intended for community association managers. Instructors Jamie Lyons, Rob Stein and Chris Khano are covering Hot Topics for CAMs. This will be a dynamic and informative class where students will:

• Strategize best practices to address political signs and encourage respect and professionalism in community associations

• Evaluate updated cases related to community association law

• Identify 2024 changes to Georgia state law with respect to the Georgia Condominium Act, the Georgia Property Owners Association Act, and common law homeowner associations

• Understand the impact of FNMA/FDMA guidelines regarding condominium water deductibles

• Learn to implement requirements for community associations to comply with the Corporate Transparency Act.
