Love Thy Neighbor: Community Association Management is a 25-hour pre-license class for individuals seeking to obtain their Community Association Manager license. Love Thy Neighbor also qualifies as a 25-hour post-license class for Sales licensees. Additionally, any GREC licensee can take this class as a 24-hour continuing education series or can attend any morning or afternoon as a separate 3-hour continuing education class.
The class covers the material needed to obtain a CAM license and teaches students the law that prepares them to be effective community association managers. Real estate professionals using the class for post-license and continuing education will gain valuable information that will assist them in their every-day business. Board members other community association volunteers who aren’t licensees are welcome to attend the class to become more knowledgeable and confident in leading their communities.
Jamie Platt Lyons is a seasoned community association, developer, and residential real estate attorney with a sense of humor and energy rarely matched in the legal field. Jamie has taught the Georgia Community Association Management pre-license class since its inception in 1996 and has received many awards for her excellent programs.
