Karen practices in the firm’s Community Association General Servicing Group. Karen is also an adjunct professor, teaching business law and innovation, at Southern New Hampshire University. She has two adult sons and lives in a historic high rise condominium in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood.
Industry Experience
Karen’s experience, in addition to community association law, includes real estate closings, income taxes, the electric utility industry, intellectual property law, technology innovation, information technology program management, and small business legal support. Karen has extensive experience buying, remodeling, renting out, and selling fixer-upper homes.
