Dan is the managing partner of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Collections Department. Over the years, Dan has accumulated a broad and extensive litigation and collection background representing creditors of all sizes, in many different industries.
In addition to his experience in the creditor’s rights area of law, Dan has years of experience in representing community associations in the collection of unpaid assessments and has represented numerous other clients in state and federal trial courts of Georgia, Alabama and Michigan in other civil matters.
