Taylor counsels and supports community associations on day-to-day business operations and transactional matters, such as drafting and amending covenants and bylaws, preparing for, facilitating, and attending efficient membership meetings, governing document interpretation and enforcement, developer turnover issues, and compliance with state and federal law. Taylor also assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor, easement, and licensing agreements, in addition to other related real estate matters.
Prior to joining Lazega & Johanson, Taylor served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Carol W. Hunstein at the Supreme Court of Georgia. Taylor also worked at two international law firms in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she gained experience in international litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and European antitrust and competition law.
