Pat’s practice focuses on Community Association Litigation, Insurance Defense Litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation. His work includes restrictive covenant enforcement, community association issues and defense, directors and officers liability defense, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, title disputes, construction litigation, contract disputes, commercial litigation, business disputes, creditors’ rights, personal injury and other litigated matters. Pat heads the litigation team at Lazega & Johanson LLC. Pat lives in Alpharetta with his wife and two children.
Industry Experience
Pat is a trial attorney. Pat has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigated matters. Pat teaches continuing education courses concerning litigation and insurance to community association managers at the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, as well as for the Community Associations Institute of Georgia and otherwise throughout Georgia. He also speaks on relevant topics to community associations and insurance claims representatives, particularly regarding litigation issues and strategies.
