Jennifer Roberts is a Georgia native and has lived most of her adult life in either Macon, Atlanta or Peachtree City, Georgia. She is a graduate of Auburn University’s aviation management and professional flight program. As a licensed commercial pilot, Jen enjoyed working in the aviation industry for several years before returning home to Macon, Georgia for law school. Jen graduated from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law summa cum laude in 2002, ranked first in her class. She has since had the privilege of working in many different areas and aspects of the law and litigation as a staff attorney in federal courts, as an adjunct law professor, as an author for Thomson-West Publishing, and most recently in her own law firm. When not litigating community association disputes, Jen loves spending time with her husband Steve, a commercial airline pilot, and their two kids.
Jen is a litigation attorney. Before joining Lazega & Johanson, she specialized in federal civil practice as a staff attorney for U.S District Courts where she gained experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. After moving on from the judiciary in 2017, Jen quickly built a successful solo practice in general civil litigation and business law. Jennifer is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
