Ciara serves as a Community Association Litigation Attorney at Lazega & Johanson. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stetson University in 2015. Ciara then attended Emory University School of Law and holds the distinction of being one of law school’s youngest graduates at age 21. She currently lives in Acworth with her husband, son, and two dogs. In her spare time, Ciara enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
Prior to joining Lazega & Johanson, Ciara practiced community association law for years as a collection, general, and litigation attorney in the Atlanta metro area. She has a wide-range of experience representing community associations, including collection matters from garnishments and foreclosure sales, general matters such as drafting and amending covenants and bylaws, and litigating both collection and enforcement cases. Ciara also previously practiced at one of the largest bankruptcy firms in Georgia. She has experience litigating Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters in the Northern District of Georgia.
