Michelle counsels and represents clients in civil matters and manages all phases of litigation. She primarily focuses on community association, real estate, and insurance defense litigation. Her work includes lien priority disputes, community association foreclosures, directors and officers liability defense, and covenant enforcement actions. Michelle began her legal career in Indiana, but is thrilled to now live and practice in Georgia.
Michelle has practiced real estate law for a number of years and represented national, state, and local lenders as well as community associations in breach of contract, title resolution, and lien enforcement cases. She has negotiated and settled numerous matters on behalf of clients by integrating aspects of both business and the real estate law and by exploring creative and innovative approaches to settlement.
