Karen is a senior associate in the firm’s Community Association General Servicing Group.
As a former corporate counsel for a large nonprofit corporation in North Carolina, Karen has experience drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, advising Boards of Directors on corporate governance matters, creating corporation governing documents, as well as counseling clients on diverse issues of law arising in daily business operations. While in law school, Karen served as a staff editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review, tutored Property Law, and interned for Justice Cheri Beasley of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
